Community Planners are those who have urban/spatial planning background or plenty of community-work experiences and are enthusiastic about community services. Their role is to facilitate the communication between public and private sectors regarding issues about public space. The tasks of Community Planners involve contextual planning. Community Planners possess in-depth understanding and strong emotional bond to the neighborhood they are serving. With the help of Community Planners and their on-site studios, local citizens will be able to consult and discuss community issues with professionals. People can also propose to the public sector about how they want to improve the community, the
environment, and the appearance of a city. Community Planners encourage the communities to participate in public issues, to improve living quality, and to create a pleasant civil society.
