How parcels of land can be approved as the designated urban renewal areas?
Qualifications for :
1. Applicants: owners of land and properties,
2. Minimum of land areas: an entire street or above 1,000m2,
3. At least 3 out of 12 indexes of the environmental assessment approved by Taipei City Government are met.
