Taipei City Government has established the rights transformation plan review team, promoted a checking system for statutory outsourcing and organized explanation session on decree; meanwhile, the government has also protected the rights of citizens, raised the efficiency of plan reviewing and assisted in the urban renewal of old communities.
Urban Regeneration Office Taipei City expressed that, besides the renewal of the old communities, Taipei City Government also assists in maintaining the old buildings and plans for residential renovation.
